The vp thing is never bad. It seems to be a big part of our life. One of the things that I have found to be a great value in my business is how you are always on a roll. I have found that the more I put my focus on a problem, the less I want to look at it the more it is perceived as a problem. At times it’s clear that the vp thing is not the problem; it is a problem.
I agree. That said, the vp thing is a lot of work. Especially if you don’t have the time for it. One thing that I find is that if you have one of those jobs that you think you can’t get done but you just have to do, then you need to find ways to make the vp thing a priority.
Yes, it is difficult to get time to actually do anything. For years I worked at a large corporation at a large corporation that has an IT department. One of the biggest problems was that the IT department was all focused on the vp thing and that was the focus that prevented them from actually doing anything about it.
I think that’s an interesting observation. I think that’s something that we need to investigate. I think there are several things that we can do to try and make the vp thing a priority. We want to see more of our employees use the IT department as a way to get on top of their vp thing. We also need to improve our training programs so that our employees can actually do their jobs when they’re not on the clock.

I’m not saying that we should hire employees who can do all the vp stuff, I’m just saying that if we can improve our employees at doing the vp stuff we should then focus on their efficiency at doing it.
The most efficient way to improve efficiency is to hire employees who can do all the vp stuff. They are more likely to do it well than someone who is not an employee. The question is whether it is more efficient for these employees to focus on doing the Vp stuff or on doing it more efficiently. I think it is a good idea to focus on the employees doing the Vp stuff because we should be able to improve the efficiency of the employees doing the Vp stuff.

I agree with this. The way the Vp stuff is organized, there is a lot of duplication of people’s work, so it’s better to have the employees doing the Vp stuff do it more efficiently.
