The “risk” of art is that it is always a risky business. I know I’m getting a little bit of a personal criticism here but I’m really going for honesty. The art world is a risky business because it is so much “risk” as to say, “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.” I was reading a quote by the famous photographer Robert Frank, “A bad photograph is a mistake worth making.
The art world is a risky business because it is so much risk as to say, if it aint broke, dont fix it. It’s a bad business anyway.
We’re not really talking about the same thing here. A bad photograph is just a bad photograph. Art is art.
The art world is a really risky business because it is so much risk as to say, if it aint broke, dont fix it. It is a bad business anyway.
I think this is a great quote to use as a warning to people about the risks of going out into the big bad world of the art world. Frank’s quote applies to the art world to a really large degree.
Art is art, and art is risk. A photograph is a photograph. So, if you are working in the art world and are making photographs that are not good, or are going to be a poor impression of things, then you are doing it wrong. But if you are working in the art world, you should take every photograph you make and use it to help you sell your paintings and sculptures.
I think we can say that, in the art world, there are some pretty bad apples. And since we are in it, our job is to be careful. Frank’s quote applies to the art world to a really large degree.
One of the biggest problems for the art world is that it is filled with people who have too much power and too little respect. And while we are not saying that this person has too much power and too little respect, we are saying that having too much power and too little respect creates a problem that you can’t fix.
That’s because, in the art world, there are a lot of people who have so much power and so little respect that they are willing to do anything, no matter how unethical, to get their way. It’s a lot like the way the music industry has allowed the likes of Trent Reznor to get away with some truly evil stuff in the past.
