The problem is that people who are the CEOs of companies in your niche don’t really have the power. So your CEO can’t hire the best people and tell them what to do. They can’t hire the best CEO and tell her what to do. They can’t hire the best CEO and tell the CEO what to do.

The problem is that the CEO of a company will have a lot more power in your niche than the CEO of a company who works in the same niche. So if you are in that niche and you are hiring the CEO, you might be able to hire the CEO, but you might not be able to hire the CEO.
