I’ve been looking for a good way to write about how to make money since I became a blogger, so I’ve been watching a lot of other blogs and seeing a lot of very bad advice. I think I’m starting to get the hang of blogging and writing things like “write a blog.” I’m not a writer, I’m a marketing expert, and I’ve been trying to write this blog for a while now.
I wrote a weekly (semi-regularly) newsletter called Marketing Insider that talks about marketing and how to make money online. I do have a few affiliate links, but mostly its about how to make money online and how to do it right. I usually post the first post on Mondays.
Ive never been a fan of newsletters or emails. I mainly just like getting the newsletter, then going to work the next day, and then working the next day. If I want to get email responses I just go to my email account and check there. Or if Im just going to write something I type it on my website.
I have a couple of affiliate links to things I am already doing on my website, which is why I do a lot of the writing. I don’t want to be one of those people who says, “Oh, I didn’t write anything. I just did my email.” I don’t want to be one of those people who says, “Oh, I didn’t write anything. I just email it to my mom because she’s not in the office today.” I try to avoid that.
The “I didnt write anything. I just sent it and said you can use it if you want.” is essentially the same thing as saying, “I didnt write anything. I just sent it and said you can use it if you want.” in marketing. I think that’s why people get so frustrated with that.
The problem is that most marketing people think that they’re so important that they have the ability to make or break your marketing campaign. The truth is, the majority of people that actually get to make marketing decisions are not marketing people. They’re salespeople. Most are not savvy enough to make a difference in your marketing campaign without the help of a marketing consultant. They have to work with experts in the field to figure out what the best way to present your message is.
This is why most of my clients don’t hire a marketing consultant. The reason is that most consultants are not marketing people. Theyre not going to make a difference in your marketing campaign without the help of marketing consultants. Even if there was a marketing consultant, I’d bet a pretty penny that there aren’t enough marketing consultants to make any real difference in your marketing campaign.
