The first thing that I find most frustrating about this blog is that I don’t like to read all the posts about health and nutrition, because it is a huge topic. I just want to read all the posts on diet, supplements, exercise, and exercise physiology that are on the front page. I have a few posts on sports nutrition, but I haven’t yet seen them read about or discussed.
We’re not trying to write about health or nutrition, we’re trying to write about the health effects of specific things that we are doing and why. This blog is not about nutrition or health per se, it is about specific things that we have done. I’m not saying you should do anything to get sick, I’m saying that you should think about what you are doing and how you are doing it, and it will have a direct impact on your health.
This blog is dedicated to the health of athletes in particular, because I have never seen sports nutritionists or sports nutrition research articles before, so I am quite curious what athletes think about them. I would assume that they would be interested, but I doubt that everyone is, because I have seen a lot of articles about how athletes are lazy or that they are cheating or that they are a bunch of lying crooks. All I can say is that I definitely think that athletes are more than the sum of their parts. Some of the blogs posts I’m reading make this clear, such as this one about how athletes are a bunch of liars. Another one seems to be about athletes believing they can eat whatever they want.
