I am a field marketing director for an agency that specializes in home improvement. Since completing my MBA, I decided I wanted to learn more about other companies so I joined a field marketing team at a national home improvement company. After about a year of being on the team, we started talking about our goals and we started talking about what we would do if we went into business together.
The reality is that most field marketing managers are hired to help another field marketing manager. This means that a field marketing manager is not paid to promote their own company, but they may receive compensation for their company’s sales. However, they are not paid to promote a field marketing manager. This makes the field marketing manager ideal for a sales job because they are compensated based on their sales. Field marketing managers get a commission on any sales the company makes.
Field marketing managers are the people who manage the field marketing departments of a company. They manage their own sales for their companies. They do not get paid for the sales they manage. For all intents and purposes, field marketing managers are the employees of the company.

You can’t be a field marketing manager without having a strong sales background. You will need to have done some college at least, and probably have some college-level marketing or sales experience. If you don’t, you’re not going to make it as a field marketing manager.
It’s also a great way to make a good salary. Field managers typically make much more than marketing managers (who typically make between $30K-$40K) but still not enough to live on. Field marketing managers are often on the same or close to the same salary as sales managers, so they have a good chance of becoming company policy makers if they succeed.
In this industry, a field manager is someone who is responsible for marketing, sales, and sales/marketing/management, all at the same time. If you’re making, say $150,000 a year, you’re probably going to have a field manager. Field managers are responsible for ensuring that the company is selling products to the right people. They are responsible for ensuring that the company is not making mistakes.
I’m the field manager of a startup that had a great deal of growth in the last few years, and in just about every single month I’m asked to see if I’m doing something right so that we can grow. Its a good question because it’s not just about my job, its about me being a good team member and growing the company. The point is that I was asked to grow my sales team.
