For the past few months I’ve been studying the electromechanical engineering technology salary of the men and women in the field. While the majority of these men and women do not make a lot, I’ve found there are a number of engineers who are paid quite well. Even some of the more prestigious companies like Caterpillar, Motorola and Caterpillar pay well.
The most important thing to understand, though, is that a lot of these salaries are dependent on where you go to school. Since there are not a lot of people at the top of the field in the U.S. right now, the salaries that are being earned are mostly in the $70,000 to $100,000 range.
The fact that the vast majority of these engineers do not make a lot of money is another good sign in my opinion. Since they do not make a lot of money we do not need to worry about funding our schools right now. There are still some people making a bit more than the rest though, and these are not necessarily the top engineers or the top salary earners.
There are still a lot of people out there making a good amount of money, but not at the top of their field. Most of these people are the tech support staff you see at your local tech store or online, and they’ve been around for a long time. Some are older, but most are not. This is a sign that we are still seeing the vast majority of the people making a good living doing what they enjoy doing.
I get asked a lot about how to get people jobs. I would say that it’s the same way with freelancing. I think the most important thing is to have a portfolio. It should be something that is valuable, original, and well crafted. If you can’t show people what you’ve done and how you’ve worked hard, then you’re not going to have a very good shot at finding new work.
We are building a new company website called www.electromechanicalengineering.com. We want to bring people together so we can show the kind of opportunities that exist. We are also trying to promote the best and brightest engineers across the board, but we want to start with those who have a lot of experience in the fields they cover.
The first thing people will notice is your company name. The second is that you are a high-tech company. The third is that you have an engineering background. However, there is no salary listed on the current website. We are going to do something about that now that we have a company and a website. We need a new website so that people can see what we are capable of and how we can help people achieve their goals.
We are going to start with people who have experience in the fields they cover. If you have experience in the fields of electronics, mechanical engineering, or aerospace, you get a lot of respect. You are respected because you have the technical knowledge to do the things you do, and because you are respected you have the ability to network with people in those fields.
We are not saying we want people to join our company. We are simply saying we need a new website. However, we are going to set up a salary schedule so that we can pay the people who work on our website. The website will be in the form of an online portfolio where we will showcase our accomplishments, provide a salary schedule, and list out the skills we have to offer. We will also set up an online network so that the people in our network can learn from each other.
The salary schedule is in terms of a starting salary for an engineering position and a salary increase for each additional year of service. But we will also cover the cost of any benefits like health insurance. This is because some of our engineers are in their mid-twenties and we don’t want to have them being paid more than they need to be.
