Having a healthy lifestyle is not enough. You also need to take into account the amount of exercise you do, and what kind of exercise that is. A lot of people try to get all the cardio they can, and then they stop doing it because of the weight loss. This doesn’t work either.
You need to look at your weight, and the amount of calories in your diet. And this is where the health thing comes in. The more you eat, the more likely you are to gain weight. You can’t control what you eat, so you need to take into account the amount of calories you eat.
