This chapter is an interview with one of my favorite authors, James Delingpole. He discusses the idea of the three levels of self-awareness, as well as how you can move beyond the typical “I’m a good person,” “I’m a good person,” and “I’m a bad person” defenses to build the three levels of self-awareness and learn to own the truth about you.
For those of you who are interested in self-awareness, be sure to check this out.
Self-awareness can be a really complicated topic that takes some studying, but it’s a topic that you can really start to build if you learn to recognize some of the things that are holding you back from being who you want to be. It’s also one of the easiest topics to understand and learn because it’s all about identifying what’s holding you back from your true self.
Self-awareness is really a state of being. It is the awareness of your true self (or at least some of it). The real self that you feel inside, the true self that you are, is different from the self that you think you are. It’s also different from the self that you believe you are, because its your true self, not your “self”. Its also different from your ego, because it is the real you, not someone else.
self-awareness is a state of being. The real self is your real self. Real self is the one that is aware of your true self. Real self is the one that knows that there is a real person that you are, not your own identity that you think you are. Real self is the one that knows that you are not the person you think you are. Real self is the real you.
