A good way to get people to do a task is to give them tasks that they can do themselves. This is a bit easier since I have a good idea of what I’m talking about.
In fact, a good way to get people who can’t do something do something that they can do themselves is to make it obvious that they can’t do it. We’ve all seen this done by the television show “Big Brother” where there are several contestants with no clue what they’re doing.
Im guessing that the guy that Im talking about is the guy that has a bunch of random tasks that he has to accomplish and then the people who are doing the tasks can do the tasks themselves or have the tasks done for them. We have to take the advice of a friend and that is to think of the tasks as just a way to get someone to do a task. If it is a task that they can do themselves then they will be more likely to do it.
