Yes, it’s that time again. It’s time for accel health to be celebrated. I know this is the season of health, but it’s a whole new idea, a whole new way to look at ourselves, our bodies, and our lives. So many of us have this mindset that it is just a matter of time before our bodies start to become “old” and fall apart.
Accel health is a concept that has been around for a long time, but it has only recently gained its own voice. To put it bluntly, accel health is the theory that you are more valuable than you think you are. You are not you, you are not anything, but just a bunch of atoms. That sounds like the ultimate example of what accel health is. Just as a person with accel health is not allowed to take a nap or sleep at the same time as their body is not allowed to heal itself, so we cannot sleep at the same time as our body deteriorates.

It just wont work for everyone.
