This “group” is a great place to get help when you’re looking for a new job, trying to set up new business, or just want to get some advice from a professional.

Like most people I know, I have a group I spend a lot of time on. So when I decided to start this group I had a couple of goals. The first was to get myself involved in the social networking world, and the second was to get the word out about my own website. So I decided to make an official page to organize my interests and share my passions. That’s one of the reasons I started this group, so I can continue to share what interests me, even if no one else is interested in the same things.
I think that’s absolutely spot-on. I think that the group could grow much bigger if it were to work on a collaborative basis, one person could write up the group’s interests and share them with everyone in the group, and maybe one of the members would edit and put together a newsletter or something, like a blog.

A lot of people are interested in the subject of “What is the best way to get in on the action?” I think that there is an audience for that, especially if they can come together and form a group. I’m certainly open to it.
There are various kinds of groups but I think of the one that’s open to everyone as a “launch group.” We started in July with a bunch of people who’d been on our page for a while and had some ideas for marketing strategies. I think we’re in the process of adding more people who have specific interests but haven’t been on our page for a while.
